30 Journal Prompts to remember all you love

Happy November folks! I thought given the news we’ve just had that it was time to bring back my Journal prompts. This time I wanted to focus my journal prompts on the things you love.

We all desperately need some positivity in our lives right now. By reflecting on all the things you love, this could be the perfect way to do that. OK so it won’t change the situation but it might make things seem less… Crap!

Journaling for your well-being

I will always recommend journaling to people. Making time to put your thoughts down each day is so valuable.

It doesn’t always need to be in a ‘Dear Diary’ kind of way, which is why journal prompts can be really useful. Giving you an opportunity to write about something you may have otherwise overlooked. Putting pen to paper can be simply about fun as well. But the impact on your well-being will be the same.

Clearing your mind or reminding yourself about better times is so valuable.

30 Journal Prompts to remember all you love

Here are the journal prompts, I have kept it simple and fun, maybe even a little silly in places, but stick with it.

Each prompt is a word or phrase and all you have to do is list what that word brings to mind. Remember it doesn’t just need to be a one word response, write all that comes to mind. This is the beauty of journal prompts.
