Valentines day is finally here and I have shared my stance on why we should be making romance a priority this year. But let’s be honest, with not being able to go anyway and the weather turning cold, thanks storm Darcy, it’s definitely movie time! Here are 40 romantic movies to enjoy on Valentines day.

I’m so happy to see Pretty Woman up there, it’s one of my all-time faves, Julia Robert’s laugh is SUCH a joy. And I also love Four Weddings and a Funeral and Breakfast at Tiffany’s too. Thank you for including some films for singletons too, Claire – Steel Magnolias is a classic! x

So many of these movies you’ve included are favourites of mine. I absolutely love Pearl Harbour. Its the right amount of romance with still enough other action in it so that it isn’t too cheesy.
These lists are fab though I’m slightly ashamed to say that I’ve barely seen any of them! I really recommend the Broken Hearts Gallery if you haven’t seen it too.

I love romantic movies a lot although it’s been a while since I watched movies well months is what I consider as being long I guess, So l wouldn’t add much on the list. Great list of films, although I’ll be honest I haven’t seen half of them.
This is typically not my favorite genre but I love the 90’s Meg Ryan films like Sleepless in Seattle and You’ve Got Mail (doesn’t their email system look so dated?). Steel Magnolias is one of my all-time favorite films xx
