Promoting happiness is something I am super passionate about. It’s why I am sharing these 20 amazing journal prompts to support your happiness.

By making time to recognise those things that make you happy, your acknowledging the importance of happiness. Plus recording that happiness for all time is really valuable. Especially on days where happiness feels far away.

Making time to reflect on your own happiness is the key to a happier life in my opinion. It is so easy to overlook the good things in life but honestly, if you look, happiness is all around.

Over on Instagram, I document the happy moments in each day and have done for 7 years. I love being able to look back, especially when things don’t always seem great.

Daily Journal writing

Writing makes me very happy, buying stationary makes me happy so journal writing was bound to be something that made me happy. It is why I am always sharing journal prompts for you all.

    1. Thank you for sharing these. I’ve always been in a sort of auto pilot, thinking I knew what made me happy. I never thought about documenting it and making sure to do them everyday.

  12. I would love to start journalling. I love to draw and write and I love the happiness prompts. What has made happy today so far? I donated two bags of clothes to charity which has just been collected and I just had a cuddle on the sofa with my boy.

  21. These are good prompts! My sister spent quite a bit of money on buying me a journal and organiser. I sat with it and didn’t have a clue where to start! All these thoughts whizzing round my head, needed to get them on paper! Thanks for sharing! As being happy is my greatest goal at the moment these are just what I need!
